AXIA owes its origin to Giovanni D’Arrigo who, in 1961, established a barber salon called Bryan’s Hairdressers situated on Rundle Street.
Giovanni’s son, Riccardo, joined the shop soon after completing his apprenticeship, bringing with him enthusiasm, a new direction and a change of name, shaping AXIA into the highly reputable salon it is today.
In 1998, Fred Noujaim became Rick’s business partner and together they developed AXIA into one of Adelaide’s leading hairdressing salons now based at the one convenient and accessible location of the prestigious Unley Shopping Centre.
